Our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are run with intensity. Starting with a good warm up followed by technique, sparring and then conditioning. With hard work, brings good outcomes and so, these BJJ kids classes are no joke. This class is designed to build mental, emotional and physical strength.

Training consists of warm ups, stretching, flexibility, gymnastic elements, learning wrestling moves, strength and conditioning.

The classes are organised to develop wrestling athletic qualities and control of movements. It requires not only physical but mental presence in the moment, recognising both the opponents and your body’s moves. This is called tactics and strength. Muscle only means nothing in wrestling, it develops thinking, planning moves and judging.

We have both Gi and No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes available. Sessions begin with a traditional BJJ warm up followed by technique and then sparring.

The classes are organised in the mind of developing athletic abilities and control of movement specific to Jiu Jitsu. Learning coordination, technique and strategy for take downs, sweeps, guard passing, defending, escaping and submission. It provides a foundational basis of movement and develops mental presence.

Open Mat is a sparring only Gi and No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu session where you have complete freedom to practice refining your techniques. Show up whenever (the earlier the better of course) and roll as many people as you can.
